I have to say if you’re looking for a team that works around you this is the place! Thank you for everyone for staying late to accommodate our recent purchase of our Gorgeous Expedition that we are in love with! First time we purchased locally and will not go back to online purchasing a vehicle again. From my awesome sales lady to the finance manager a special thank you for staying so late for us! I have to give another shout out to my sales lady Shy who answered questions on her personal cell phone after the sale ( some of them seem so silly now) she is GREAT! Go see them, you will not be disappointed! I can’t thank them enough! HIXSON HAS IT!

I ordered a 2022 Ford Maverick. While it was delayed, Hixson Autoplex did their best to keep me informed. Chuck Fussell is knowledgeable and truly made my experience a good one. I appreciate his working with me to order what I wanted and then eventually getting me into a truck I like. The whole team at Hixson Autoplex made me feel like they cared about me being happy. I so appreciated that! Ford has has their issues with delivering vehicles with everything going on (pandemic, supply shortages etc). However, they should be very proud to have Hixson Autoplex as one of their dealers. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a vehicle. Update: 4/5/23 Just purchased a 2nd Maverick this time a 2023 Lariat Hybrid. Again a great experiencing working with Hixson. They charged me MSRP, did not add on or mark-ups. If you are looking for a vehicle take the time to go by Hixson and check them out. Update 3/8/2026 Just purchased a 2025 Ford Ranger XLT. Another good experience overall. I was happy with the salesperson and had some small dealing with the sales manager. Finance guy was a lot of fun. I continue to recommend Hixson Ford.
