Had a great experience with Jeremy Swisher during my recent purchase here! The banter, the dedication, detail, communication and dad jokes were 10/10. Very thankful for what felt like a dead end search landed me at Hixon Toyota and at Jeremy’s desk. He and his team were on it every step of the way and wasted no time getting exactly what I wanted and staying on top of communication. Plus. Donuts were free.

I just want to say that Aiden and Shane really helped me out with getting a decent car and i’m very grateful. With the situation that I had at hand, they were able to work with me and find me a suitable and reliable car. I appreciate their patience and willingness to make sure their customers are satisfied. We went to Hixson Toyota in a Saturday just planning on looking around. We didn't think a new dealership would have much in our price range. We were greeted by Mr. Lamar Davis. We introduced him to our young driver and told him some features we were looking for and he promised he'd find the perfect car for us. He treated my child just like he would have his own, finding a safe, efficient car and for $2k under its Blue Book value. Trust me, I looked. By the time we left, Mr. Davis had us feeling like family and instead of getting her the planned on 5-year car, she now has a car that was within our budget and will last her well past her college years.
