⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 10/10 – Exceptional Service Every Time My husband has always been a Toyota fan, and we originally purchased his RAV4 before the dealership moved to DeRidder. Ever since then, every single visit to Hixson Toyota for service has been a great experience. The service team is truly exceptional and consistently goes above and beyond for their customers. Most recently, as we’re preparing for an upcoming PCS, we had a U-Haul hitch added to our vehicle. When we brought my husband’s car in for an oil change, I asked if they could also take a look at the fuses because the blinkers weren’t working properly after connecting the trailer. Justin took the time to patiently explain everything to me and made sure I understood what was going on. When U-Haul told us there was nothing more they could do, Justin and the team had us bring the vehicle back in — and they were able to fix the issue. Their willingness to help, problem-solve, and advocate for us meant so much during an already stressful time. We are incredibly grateful for their patience, professionalism, and understanding. We are definitely going to miss this dealership after we move. I can’t recommend Hixson Toyota enough!

I had the best experience while buying my Explorer. What I had dreaded became a delight because of my kind, thoughtful, and knowledgeable salesperson, Danielle. I truly believe I was treated honestly and fairly by both Danielle and Brady, the sales manager. Danielle was so supportive and informative. She also took extra time to explain all the details of my new Explorer and has continued to provide help and support to me. I highly recommend Danielle to assist in selecting a new vehicle.

We were in desperate need of a family car, but worried if it was going to be possible for us to get something knowing we didn’t have much to put down or the best credit in the world. None of that made a difference to Travis and he went above and beyond to help our family get a safe and reliable vehicle.
